Content Moderation Policy
Effective July 8, 2026
Anything submitted to StallScore — a review, a rating, a location detail, or a photo — is measured against a simple bar: is it true, is it useful, is it kind. This policy explains how that gets enforced in practice.
StallScore is currently moderated primarily through user reports and periodic manual review, since the platform is run by a single founder. We don't yet have an automated moderation system or a dedicated trust and safety team — we're honest about that limitation rather than implying otherwise. Reports are the fastest way to get something looked at.
Violating content is removed at the content level. Because StallScore has no accounts, there's no profile to suspend — in cases of repeated or severe abuse, we may block further submissions from the source (such as a device or network) rather than a named account.
Think something was removed unfairly, or missed something that should be? Email help@stallscore.app. Every message is read and handled personally.
